AMMPT WESTERN REGION(INC.), trading as PICTURES IN MOTION, welcomes the interest and involvement of those who have been or are still working in Australia’s cinema, film and television industries. It is their historical knowledge or technical expertise which is vital to the preservation of the heritage of our industry.

We are also very keen to have the support of those who recognise the importance of retaining  evidence and stories of the pioneering days of these industries for the information and enjoyment of future generations.

The Not-For-Profit Association behind Pictures In Motion
Individual: A person who either has previously been employed or professionally engaged in either the production or exhibition sectors of the Australian moving image or related industries or is simply committed to the preservation of its heritage. Arts Management, Museum Studies, Media, Film and Television graduates are also sought after in this category.
Student: A person who is currently enrolled in a bona fide media related course at a recognised training or educational institution. Evidence of current enrolment must be produced upon request.
